Unfortunately, Sunday late-afternoon came and I had to say my good-bye's to Gammy and Addie. This is always a terribly sad event for me (and my mommy) (and Gammy and Addie too for that matter). We all miss each other horribly when we aren't together! :( Addie and I were giving Gammy some great, big hugs and super-sweet kisses. Though Addie was going with Gammy and would still get to be with her the rest of the evening, she wanted in on the hugs too!
We had a great visit and can't wait to all be together again, soon!
After, we watched Gammy and Addie pull out of the driveway, mommy, daddy and I went to go feed the ducks! Our house suddenly became very quite and I spent some time hanging out by the door waiting for Gammy and Addie to come back through it, so we all thought it would be a great distraction to leave the house and see the ducks (plus, this is the time of the year where they appreciate a few crumbs of bread the most, I'm sure)!

The Children's Museum with Gammy and Addie!
On Sunday, mommy, daddy and I took Gammy and Addie to the Cleveland Children's Museum! It was our first time there and mommy has been wanting to take me so we thought this was the perfect opportunity so we could show Addie a good time too! The museum is a hike for us to get too but it was definitely a fun and worthwhile place to visit! There were all kinds of fun things to play with; a farm, a grocery store, a big bus and fire truck, a train table, a hospital, a water area, and a HUGE sand "box" to name a few!
Addie and I were helping the chickens lay there eggs! Sounds kind of funny, but there was a hole underneath each chicken and you could drop the eggs down the hole into the nest!
Playing in the Snow with Gammy and Addie!
We had a great weather weekend (relatively speaking, that is) when Gammy and Addie came to visit. The temps were in the mid to high 40's and we even saw a little of our good friend, Mr. Sun!!! Saturday, after we got home from my haircut, Addie and I got our snowsuits on and Gammy, Mommy and Daddy bundled up too and we headed outside to play! The snow was still pretty deep from our most recent snowfalls (actually, from the snow that has accumulated and failed to completely disappear since Dec)! We had a blast outside, walking in the snow, falling in the snow, picking up the snow, throwing snowballs at Gammy, and eating the snow!
Addie and I thought it was so funny walking in the snow and practically sinking in to our knees!!!!
I, actually, found it to be hilarious!
And falling in it....well, that was even funnier!
And falling in it....well, that was even funnier!
Giving mommy a look, as I'm still not quite sure where this stuff comes from and what it's purpose is exactly!
My First Haircut!
I had my first haircut on February 20th after 22 months in the making!!! :) It was a VERY special occasion....SOOOOO special that my Gammy and my cousin, Addie, came all the way up from Dayton and Columbus for it! After weeks of talking about getting a haircut, mommy and daddy finally got the strength to take me, their "baby" to get my first haircut! When we arrived, I was immediately drawn towards the blue race car chair and selected this as my "chair" which I would be receiving my haircut in. Not only did I get my first haircut but I also had the pleasure of enjoying my first sucker!!! Mommy thought this would be a great way to keep me occupied and happy and well, she was right! It worked like a charm! Though you will notice in the pictures below that I stopped sucking on it the second the hairdresser started to cut my hair and immediately put it back in my mouth the second she was done! I was absolutely perfect while getting my haircut! I sat very still, didn't make a peep and even kept my head down when asked too so she could cut the back!

P.S.
Yes, I know I need a hair cut!!! Mommy and daddy are slowly mustering up the strength. I have a feeling any day now, my long, luscious, locks will be no more! :(
