Race for the Cure! My Aunt is a survivor!!!!

Today we did the Race for the Cure in Cincinnati and when I say "we" I mean mommy, me, aunt Kristi, uncle Dustin, gammy, poppy, aunt Beth, aunt Lori, Shawn, great grandma, great aunt Yvonne, Jennifer and Peter, Debbie, Connie, Carolyn, Nate, Carolyn's friend, Jen and her fiance, Mr and Mrs Dektas, Malia, Malia's friend, Emily and her mom and friends, Holly, Brad and JT! Well, mommy and I didn't exactly do the race...we were the best cheerleaders though! Mommy's still injured so we watched from the finish line. This year at the Race for the Cure Aunt Kristi walked through the "SURVIVORS" finish line!!! It was so special. Mommy always tells me how amazing my Aunt Kristi is and how strong and courageous she is. After the race everyone went to Panera for lunch and to celebrate with Aunt Kristi!!!

Daddy didn't make the trip down with mommy and I this weekend but daddy and gramps did the Cleveland Race for the Cure yesterday (in the rain!!!!) Thank you so so so much daddy and gramps for doing it. It meant so much to Aunt Kristi (and mommy)!!!

I also got to meet my Aunt Beth for the first time today!!!! I love you Aunt Beth!!!

Saturday at Gammy's and Poppy's

Mommy and I drove down to gammy and poppy's house in Dayton all by ourselves on Saturday. Mommy was a little apprehensive (I've been learning alot of big words from this book that Mary McCarty gave me..."Big Words for Little People") about the drive but I was such a good boy! On the way down I slept for the first 3 hours (out of the 3.5 hour drive). After I woke up, mommy pulled off an exit to feed me then we got back on the road and mommy and I talked the rest of the way to gammy's. On the way home on Sunday, I slept for the first 3 hours again!!! The last 45 minutes or so, mommy sang the ABC's to me to keep me happy. Poor mommy, I think she was losing her voice near the end! :) When we got to gammy and poppy's house cousin Addison, cousin Wrigley, aunt Kristi and uncle Dustin were there too! Cousin Addison and I played a little together and we had a photo shoot too, of course!!! I played in the exersaucer (gammy stuffed some towels around me to help me fit better because I am still just a little too small to fit comfortably). Aunt Lori came over for a little bit too so there was lots of excitement in the house! All the driving and excitement sure wore me out. I slept great...and mommy slept in the same room with me..it was just like old times again!!! :)
This is so much fun!!!!
I see you Mr. Froggie
I see you to mommy!!!

And there's even a queen and a king!
I'm going to show them my dimples!
Me and Aunt Lori! Chhhheeeessseeeee!!!!
Cousin Addison says, "come over here, Noah!"
Then she said, "a little closer!" (she's a pro at the photo-shoots)
I like to see what everything tastes like, so I started with my hand...
then decided to try my clothes....
then I moved on to my bottom lip (cousin Addison was trying hers too)
I also love to stick out my tongue
Cousin Addison wanted to hold my hand....
But then she decided she wanted to hold all of me because she loves me so much! I love you too, cuz!

I love my gammy!!!!

I miss you gammy and love you so so so so much!!! Come back to Cleveland soon PLLLEEEEAAASSSSEEEE!

My first time having cereal!

Well mommy told me one of her favorite foods is cereal so I was soooo excited to try my cereal! I made some funny faces at first but then decided it wasn't too bad. I sure was messy though and I probably got more on my face and bib than I did in my mouth! :) I can't wait to have it again tomorrow though....I think I am going to like this stuff! :)
Hmmmm.....
I'm not quite sure what to think.....
My taste buds are thinking.....
They are wondering if this is an acquired taste mommy?
Don't worry mom, I'll clean my bib off for you! I wonder how my ring will taste with cereal on it....
That's enough for today mom!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOMMY (Sunday)!!!!

I did wish mommy a Happy Birthday on her actual birthday which was Sunday but I am just finding the time to put it on my blog. This weekend was very busy and very fun. My gammy and poppy came to visit!!!! :) Gammy and poppy came early Saturday afternoon and stayed home with me while mommy and daddy went house hunting. We had a great time playing and gammy and poppy took such good care of me! Sunday was mommy's birthday and I got mommy a very cute picture frame with a very cute picture of me in it!!! Daddy helped me pick it out! :) Mommy, daddy, gammy, poppy, gramps, Evelyn, and ME went to look at houses again on Sunday. Later we ordered in lunch and ate and visited a little longer before gams and poppy had to leave. It is always so sad when they leave but mommy, daddy, and I were so happy that they came. Our lives have been a little crazy lately and gammy always makes everything seem all better! :) Really gammy and poppy were a huge help this weekend watching me so mommy and daddy could look at houses and mommy's birthday was extra special since gammy and poppy were here to celebrate with us. Thanks for coming gammy and poppy!!! We love you and miss you!!!

My first cold :(

So what are the odds that the first day I am at my sitters I come home with my first cold??? Just a coincidence I'm sure....there is no way I could get germs and show symptoms on the same...right?!??! This is a secret...so don't tell mommy...but I got a cold so I could make mommy feel bad for going back to work! J/K! :) I did really good at the sitter for my first full day, two - 2 hour naps and all!!! Suzy took great care of me!

My first cold came with a little cough, some sneezing, a very runny nose, and sick-looking, watery eyes.....mommy says "poor guy" so I say "poor me." :( Wish me better soon!!!! Especially before Monday when mommy has to work again.

Go Buckeyes!!! YAY Buckeyes!!!

Okay, so I'm a few days late but life in our house has been absolutely CRAZY (to put it lightly)! Just to mention a few...we sold our house..YAY...keep saying your prayers that everything goes through! Mommy and daddy are working on buying a new house. Mommy is injured...BAD...she can barely walk (unless she loads up on the motrin) and it takes her a long time to go up and down the stairs with me. Mommy hurt herself running 11 days ago and she isn't any better at all. Mommy went to a Chiropractor Dr. today though so hopefully he helps her get better. Mommy is going back to work this week :( so she has been helping me get use to my sitter and making list after list, bottle after bottle, etc. Sound a little crazy?!?!? Mommy keeps taking lots of deep breaths so she doesn't lose it completely and have to go to the "nut house"! So hopefully I am forgiven for not posting on GAME DAY and posting on Tuesday instead! :)

Well game day morning mommy dressed me and Bailey up in our OSU attire and buckeye necklaces. We took some pictures and cheered our Buckeyes on to victory!!!! YAY!!!! I can't wait until I get to see the Buckeyes in action in person!!! Mommy told me that she loves the games and OSU so much that after her and daddy graduated and moved away whenever they would drive through Columbus or go to Buckeyes games she would cry. Poor mommy. :( She missed all her Buckeye memories!

This was the first onesie mommy and daddy bought when they found out they were pregnant. It says, "Ready or not here I come...OSU"
Mommy, so you say these aren't the kind of Buckeyes you can eat?
Well, I'm gonna try them anyway!
Yeah, not real good mommy.
It sure is fun wearing them though!!

Bailey and I are both ready for the big game!!!
Wow, did you see that? Those Buckeyes sure look good!
Hmmm.....not sure about Wells getting injured...

YAY, the Buckeyes won!!!!
